Certificate of Warranty
Sante Natural Products, LLC will provide a limited* 90 day warranty on all products (exception is the new energy cell mug) from date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required. The new Energy Cell Mug comes with a 3 year limited* warranty. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and each situation is evaluated on an individual basis.
The energy in our products will last forever in the application itself, this does not mean the product it is encased in will last forever. For example, the water or gel in the pyramid will remain energized as long as it is not influenced by microwaves, x-rays or magnets. This is the case with all our products. The energy will last forever in the energized liquid but that liquid may evaporate over time. All Sante products have a shelf life of some kind. Please be aware of this. We make no guarantees of how long the product itself will last. However, we do our best to produce a quality product to bring you the most use. Most of our products are now produced with a screw or some type of opening we can use to refill for a small fee.
Please note: Sante is under no obligation to uphold unauthorized statements made by Distributors, Dealers, and Retailers or otherwise regarding warranty or life of products. This warranty policy supersedes and overrides all past warranty statements, policies or otherwise.
*Limited Warranty – any misuse of products, damage that is not considered normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the Sante provided Care and Use instruction sheet will void warranty.
